  • Copy of I.D. – Yes
  • Renters Insurance – Min $250K General Liability Required
  • Building Common Area Deposit – Equal To One Months Rent, Payable to Allure HOA
  • Building Pet Deposit – N/A
  • Board Approval Response Time – Up To 7 Business Days
  • If approved by Allure HOA, must schedule/reserve service elevator for furniture move-in, at 702-443-9600 or email: [email protected]  (if applicable)
  • Utilities-Power/upgraded cable gets billed to the tenant through third party company provided by building. Basic cable is provided.
